Avoid setting broad goals that are barely achievable. We should instead make small achievable goals that will encourage us to move on. If one can loss weight by eating an extra serving of fruits and vegetables at least in 3 meals if not all, keeping off energy drinks, having fitness exercises such as a walk for a half an hour daily, and drinking at least 64 ounces of water daily, then this is a much more achievable way to keep healthy.
